“Off-market” properties, also known as "pocket listings", are homes that are for sale but aren’t listed on multiple listing services yet. The benefit? Typically, there are no bidding wars, the sellers are flexible when it comes to the settlement date, and your agent (me) can target specific neighborhoods. At JohnHart Real Estate because we are a single broker owner, we share all of our "off-market" properties between all of our agents across 11 offices giving us an abundance of coming soon properties that no one else has.
